Shipping times vary between 1-12 business days.

Delivery time is 2-3 days for US orders shipped Priority Mail.

Typical delivery time is 7-21 days for orders delivered outside the US.

Shipping for samples only -

All orders that contain only samples ship free via USPS First Class Mail.

There must be no regular size products in your order for you to get the free sample shipping.

If you place an order with samples and regular size products and choose the free sample shipping, you will receive an invoice for the shipping cost. Your order will ship when the shipping cost is paid.

US ORDERS -

Orders with USA addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Insurance is optional. If your package is lost and uninsured it will not be replaced.

Some items, such as hair & glitter sprays or bleaches are only shippable by UPS/FedEx Ground.

Orders elgible for USPS Priority Mail are shipped free for orders with a sub-total over $50. Orders over $50 also receive free confirmation and insurance.

International Orders - All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class for $7 or Priority International Flat Rate Envelope for $13.00.

If your first class package costs more than $7 to ship, you will receive a Paypal invoice for the additional shipping costs.

Your order will not be shipped until all shipping costs are paid.

Your package will be given a customs form #. This is proof of mailing. International packages are not trackable once they leave the USA. When clicking on your tracking/custom form #, please give it 24 hours from shipment to show any activity. 

Therefore, no international packages will be replaced if lost. 95% of international orders are delivered within 2-3 weeks without issues.

Once in awhile, an error in mail sorting is made outside the USA. Please allow up to 5-6 weeks in case the post office mis-sorts your package.
