Refunds/Returns -

As a very small company, we cannot afford to accept general returns. To avoid the need of returns, we offer samples on the majority of products.

If your package was lost and insured, it will be replaced/refunded. All packages shipped within the USA have delivery confirmation tracking.

Large Orders -

If you are a first time customer and place a large order, we may ask for further verification to process your order. All Orders: We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order at our discretion. You will be notified of any changes or cancellation regarding your order. A refund will be issued, if applicable. 99% of orders are processed and shipped without any issues. We send all USPS orders with delivery confirmation. Upon delivery confirmed by the shipping company(USPS,FedEx,UPS,DHL), we will consider your order delivered. Insurance is optional. You may choose the option to add insurance at checkout. We ship USA orders $50 and up for free including delivery confirmation & insurance. No replacement on lost packages or items damaged during shipping, unless your order was sent insured. This option is available at checkout. If it is insured & lost, we will work with you and USPS to locate the package. If USPS cannot locate it, we will file a claim with them and send out an order replacement. If it is insured & damaged, you must keep all damages for the USPS to inspect. We will work with you and the USPS to credit or replace the damages.

Sales, Discounts & Promotions -

We offer promotions, discount codes and sales on a regular basis. We know what it's like to buy something at regular price, only to have it go on sale shortly afterward. So, as a courtesy to our customers, we offer a price & promo guarantee. Read below for the details.

Sale items - If within 14 days of your purchase date, an item from that order drops in price, let us know and we will issue a store credit for the difference. Just e-mail us your previous order # and the item description. We will then send you a code to use on your next order. I haven't seen another mineral makeup site that offers this service. Please note, that we do not issue price satisfaction credits to your credit card, Paypal, or other payment method. This guarantee only applies to products from Morgana Minerals. Discount codes are good for the period stated only. Discount codes do not apply to previous orders or orders placed after the code's expiration. Some codes can only be used once per customer.

Promotions such as 'Buy 1 Get 1 Free' -

If, within 14 days after purchasing a product, that item goes on a 'Buy 1, Get 1 Free' promotion, we will be happy to include free item with your next order. Just e-mail us your your new order # & previous order # with your request and we will add the item to your shipment. You have 60 days from your last purchase to make your next purchase in order to receive this promotion. Example: You purchased a kabuki brush on 8/1 and on 8/10 it goes on promo with a free foundation. You can place an order on or before Sept 30 to request the free foundation. Any other promotions/discounts are ineligible for price credits at this time.

Out of Stock -

Items may be out of stock for weeks, depending on customer demand. If you want an ETA on an item, please e-mail us and we will give you an estimate.

Sometimes the inventory can be off by 1 or 2. If an item should be out of stock and you have already placed you order, we will refund that item via your form of payment.

Advance Orders -

We occasionally give our customers the opportunity to order upcoming or limited edition products in advance. For an avance order, you pay first and receive your item within 1-2 weeks of ordering it. If we are unable to fulfill your advance order, you will receive an e-mail informing you and you will receive a full refund.

Sales Tax -

We only collect state sales tax for orders shipped within Arizona.

Photos of Products -

We try our best to describe products. Our color descriptions are based on opinion. Your perception of a color may be different than ours. Different monitors have variations in tone and brightness. Therefore, a color may look different in person than in the photo. We suggest buying samples first, as we do not accept returns.

Product Usage -

Please do not use any product other than as directed. We follow all FDA regulations. We are not responsible, and will not be held liable, if you go against them. Products with Hydrated Chromium Oxide Green, Chromium Oxide Green, Ferric Ferrocyanide, Ultramarine Pink, Ultramarine Blue, & Ultramarine Violet, Ext Violet 2, are not for lip use per the FDA. Colors not for use on the eyes will be noted on that product's page. We are not responsible for any allergic reaction to any product we carry. If you do have an allergy to one of our products, please let us know for our statistical records.

Inactive Accounts - If you have an account and you have not ordered in 6 months. Your account will be considered inactive and deleted. This enables us to keep our customer database current. You can create a new account at any time.
